The marine fluid loading and unloading arm is a series of special equipment for transferring liquid or gas between the dock and the tank ship by using a rotary joint with various characteristics such as flexible rotation, good sealing, and adaptability to harsh environments. During the transmission, it will follow the tanker within the normal drift range of the tanker;

Depending on the diameter, model and load of the loading arm, manual operation or electro-hydraulic control can be adopted;

Depending on the type and temperature of the medium being transferred, the loading arm can be designed to be made of carbon steel, stainless steel or PTFE-lined carbon steel pipe;

Design temperature range: -196 ℃ ~ + 300 ℃

Design pressure: -0.095Mpa ~ 6.0Mpa;

Equipped with an emergency disengagement system, which can realize the emergency disengagement of the tanker from the loading arm.

Therefore, users should fill in the "Design Data Book" in the "Online Order" column when selecting, including: tidal range of the terminal, ship tonnage Liquid type, oil transfer arm diameter, pressure level, environmental parameters (wind load, temperature, seismic load), etc.
In addition to the user's special requirements, the design environmental conditions of Dulwich's oil delivery arm are as follows:
Wind speed: Designed wind speed ≤ 30M / S in the stationary (contained) state;
Designed wind speed ≤ 16M / S in operation state;
The seismic design coefficient of the oil delivery arm is 0.3G.
